Evaluating the impact of Every Child Counts

‘Every Child Counts’ (ECC) was a numeracy programme introduced into English primary schools in 2008. An evaluation has been conducted by the Universities of Birmingham, Durham and York and the Department of Education to identify what effect the programme has had.
