Training and Development Needs of Leaders of Children’s Ser
This report presents the findings of a study undertaken by York Consulting LLP (YCL) for the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF). The Every Child Matters (ECM) policy requires professionals from across all sectors supporting children and young people to work collectively as one workforce.
