Smarter Funding For Schools With Deprived Pupils

Children from London’s poorest families are missing out despite the record levels of funding put into education because the government is failing to target the money where it is most needed. This report looks at the ‘attainment gap’ between deprived and non-deprived children and offers an explanation for why funding has not been as effective as it should have been.
