Good Practice In School Readiness

For too many children, especially those living in the most deprived areas, educational failure starts early. Gaps in achievement between the poorest children and their better-off counterparts are clearly established by the age of five. The aim of this Ofsted survey was to capture how the most successful early years providers ensure disadvantaged and vulnerable children are better prepared to start school.
