Understanding Low and Discontinued Internet Use Amongst Young People in Britain

This Oxford University report, commissioned by the Nominet Trust, shows that 10 per cent of all young people aged between 17 and 23years old rarely use the internet, and challenges the widely-held assumption that all young people are digitally literate and able to navigate the internet meaningfully.
