The power of design literacy

It is a common mantra that students need to be involved as stakeholders in the design and refurbishment of their new schools. But with no real design knowledge it’s a pretty superfcial commitment. Catherine Duncombe explains a new project, set up by the Victoria and Albert Museum and RIBA, to give students the design literacy to really get involved.
