Assessment for Learning Strategy

This DCSF strategy document outlines how schools can make use of the resources available to them. The document is a joint project between DCSF, the National Strategies and QCA, with the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors and forms a significant part of the Government’s commitment to developing personalised learning and to improving rates of progression at Key Stages 2 and 3, as well as older and younger pupils.
