The Power Of Curiosity

Following a recent CBI report, which found that young people do not have the skills needed for the workplace, this new RSA research identifies curiosity as the vital attribute in stimulating future innovation in British industry. It argues that more than a focus on the three Rs is needed to meet the needs of British businesses in the future: we need to move away from knowledge based, target-focussed education in order to encourage more innovation and creativity.
