The report promotes the concept of Environmental Citizenship in Primary Schools and Early Years settings. It specifically address the long-term benefits for the environment of learning within natural, outdoor space and argues that, without a focused effort on developing a culture of Environmental Citizenship, we face increasing environmental problems and a decrease in the number of people able and willing to work towards a solution.
