The Outdoor Environment

This research, by The Learning Escape, looks into the environmental effects that changing learning practices will have on our children and world. The report promotes the concept of Environmental Citizenship in Primary Schools and Early Years settings. It specifically address the long-term benefits for the environment of learning within natural, outdoor space and argues that, without a focused effort on developing a culture of Environmental Citizenship, we face increasing environmental problems and a decrease in the number of people able and willing to work towards a solution.
