Putting Politics Into School Libraries

spacer
In a bid to increase students knowledge of current affairs and to deepen their understanding of world politics four of the most prestigious current affairs magazines are offering their titles and extensive archives to schools free for 6 months.

The magazines are:

  • Prospect
  • The Spectator
  • Le Monde Diplomatique
  • The World Today

Every page, issue and article of the four titles will be incorporated into a comprehensive search facility via a platform provided by digital publishing specialist Exact Editions. This means that platform-users can instantly look up a specific topic, feature or article from back issues, as well as in the latest content.

Access will work on-site via a single access link or by downloading the ‘Exactly’ app on iOS or Android devices. Remote access will also be provided so that staff and students can access the content off-site.

The deadline to apply is December 21st 2018. After the six month period there is no obligation to subscribe; however, the schools will be eligible for a significantly discounted rate

Schools can apply for six months free access by contacting institutions@exacteditions.com.
