New Learning From Serious Case Reviews

This is the sixth two yearly national analysis of serious case reviews (from 1 April 2009 - 31 March 2011) by the DfE. It produces a number of new insights alongside the recurring messages for practice. It also adds research knowledge of these cases, helping to identify patterns and deviations over time. The overarching aim of the study was to identify common themes and trends across the 2009-2011 review to draw out the implications for policy and practice. Leadership Briefing issue 7.02(74)
