Insights Into Children’s Mental Health And Well-Being

Heavy use of social media is as bad for children as bullying or a troubled home, according to this report by the Office of National Statistics. It found that 56% of ten to 15-year-olds spent up to three hours a day on social media and that youngsters who browsed the internet for more than three hours a day were much more likely to be anxious or depressed.
