Influences on Children’s Attainment and Progress At Key Stag

This large-scale study investigates the impact of pre-school and primary school settings on children’s cognitive and social/ behavioural development. The report concludes that Child, family and Early HLE factors remain significant predictors of children’s cognitive and social/behavioural development, and discusses the growing importance of primary school and peer influences.
