Independent School Inspections – Framework 2005
This report outlines the framework for Inspecting Independent Schools in England under Section 162A of the Education Act 2002. The Education Act 2002 made substantial changes to the registration and inspection of independent schools. Since September 2003, new schools have had to meet the standards set out in the regulations before they are allowed to open.
