The impact of Summer Schools on subsequent higher education participation

University summer schools, designed to encourage applications from poorer youngsters, make a significant impact, according to this research by the Sutton Trust. This research compares applications and registrations to UK universities with those who attended the 2008 and 2009 Summer Schools.
