Provision For Learners With English Language Needs

Discussions within the ethnic community have indicated a need to develop a clearer understanding of approaches in relation to identifying and addressing English language acquisition needs. The purpose of this report is to seek to gauge the level of need in relation to English language acquisition for learners aged 16 to 19 years who are in education and training.
