A Digital Learning Environment for Scottish Schools
This report by the ICT in Education Excellence group proposes that children’s access to the internet at school should not be limited by local authority web-filtering policies. The report recommends a Scotland-wide policy for filtering instead where the norm should be that all websites and services are accessible unless the policy states that they should be explicitly blocked.
