Improving communications with hard-to-reach parents

90% of pupils at Featherstone High School speak English as a foreign language and many parents speak little or no English. However, the school has a great relationship with parents which has resulted in exceptional results and an ‘outstanding’ OFSTED rating in 2007. Neil Bradford, Deputy Head at Featherstone High, discusses the use of technology to improve communications and engage hard-to-reach parents.
