Professional Educators And The Evolving Role Of ICT In Schools

Dissatisfaction with the way many government schools perform has led to widespread efforts to change them, and underpinning many of these initiatives is the deployment of expensive and innovative new technologies. This report by the CfBT Education Trust charity, argues that the acquisition of ICT by many schools is based on weak evidence and questions how schools are persuaded to design, buy and implement technology.
