Educational Disadvantage: How Does England Compare?

This report by the Education Policy Institute (EPI) and Professors John Jerrim and Toby Greany at the UCL Institute of Education (IOE) examines how disadvantaged pupils in England compare with those in other countries.

It found that England would have to double the number of disadvantaged pupils achieving top GCSE grades in maths to match some of the best countries in the world.
