The White Paper

There were perhaps relatively few surprises in the content of the Government’s White Paper. Michael Gove had already ‘spilled the beans’ a few times in relation to what education might expect. As predicted, choice of schools, pupil behaviour and accountability featured frmly in this crucial plan for the future.
