Diploma Costs and Funding at Key Stage 4
In September 2009, the Government commissioned Mouchel Management Consulting to undertake a study into the Costs and Funding of Diplomas at Key Stage 4. The key objective of the research was to develop a more detailed understanding of funding models; consortia delivery costs; the scope for efficiencies; and the likely system costs out to 2013.
