How we became a Thinking School

Sometimes it’s not only the pupils who need to learn a thing or two. Kevin Steel describes how, in order to become an accredited Thinking School and cultivate effective learners, staff at St Robert of Newminster had to first relinquish their roles as teachers and become good learners themselves.
