The last few years have seen a significant surge in consumer demand for cognitive or “braintraining” games as individuals begin to realise the value of exercising their brains. While schools already use ICT widely as an engaging way of teaching traditional subjects, they too are beginning to examine the significant and wide-ranging potential benefits that braintraining programmes can have.
