Changes to the Content of the 2006 Achievement and Attainment Tables
Changes to the League Tables were finalised in June 2006. Research shows that the most important influence on a school's results is the achievement of pupils before they come to the school. For the first time, the 2006 secondary school tables will include CVA figures. The new benchmark includes English and maths GCSEs.
